After extensive training at the College of Phytotherapy in Sussex I graduated in 2002, qualifying to become a member of both the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy.

Practising in the Reading/Camberley area for nearly 5 years, I now live and practise in the Chelmsford area of Essex. I have worked and studied in various aspects of health for over 20 years. As well as treating patients with a variety of conditions I also, with another practitioner, ran a highly successful IRS (Insulin Resistance Syndrome) clinic in Reading - diabetes, PCOS, weight gain.
